Rise Africa Safaris’ Company Values
We embarked on a journey to relook at Rise Africa Safaris core values. We felt this was a critical project because having clarity and consensus around our core values would support our vision, shape our culture and reflect the type of company we are.
Following a number of internal workshops and review sessions across the whole company we developed some themes which were then translated into six core values.
